He began my Chiropractic journey after he was diagnosed with scoliosis at the age of thirteen. After consulting with a Pediatric Orthopedic Surgeon, he was presented with two choices: have Harrington Rods surgically grafted to his spine; or wear a brace for twenty-three hours a day until he was eighteen. Being a thirteen-year-old, he elected to find a third path.
He discovered Chiropractic shortly thereafter, and continue to be adjusted regularly to this day. Through a combination of Chiropractic, Yoga, Pilates, weight training, and corrective exercise, he's been able to maximize my function and lead a very active life despite my double curvature scoliosis.
After completing his undergraduate studies at UCI in Biology, he attended Life Chiropractic College West to complete a Doctorate in Chiropractic. Inspired by his own unique needs, he set out to create a style of therapy that blends multiple disciplines together. Drawing on his own athletic background and experience as a Yoga Instructor, Soft Tissue Therapist, and Chiropractor, he crafted a multi-faceted therapy that addresses the complex mobility and stability requirements of the entire musculoskeletal system.
