Larry Minikes

Larry Minikes has over 40 years of experience in retail chain buying, product development, manufacturing, marketing, and distribution. His experience in the consumer electronics field working for a range of companies, including Commodore Computers and Casio, in both consulting and sales capacities.

Entering the emerging alternative health and wellness field in 1990, Minikes is considered a pioneer in brainwave entrainment, circadian science, meditation, stress reduction, and mind-body performance enhancement.

He founded his company, A/V Stim, in 2003, producing a line of results-oriented auditory/visual stimulation systems under the MindSpa® brand. The company's vision is to help people improve their quality of life through the power of the body's systems.

Minikes is also a community leader, active for over 25 years in conservation and environmental issues at the local, state, and federal levels. He is currently serving on the board of directors of the venerable Marin Conservation League.

Living in the North Bay of the San Francisco Bay Area, his wife and he has been partners for the past 39 years, and he has two grown daughters. He is a hiker and an avid mountain biker.
